Refund & Return Policy
At Aash Dine In, we want you to love your meal. Since our food is prepared fresh for local delivery and pickup, we do not accept returns for food once it has been consumed. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to make it right!
1. Same-Day Policy
Because our food is perishable, all refund or replacement requests must be made on the same day the order was placed. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders reported after our business hours on the day of purchase.
2. Incorrect or Missing Items
If we missed an item or sent the wrong dish:

We will either deliver the correct item to you right away or provide a refund/store credit for the missing portion of your order.
3. Quality Concerns
We take great pride in our kitchen. If you are unhappy with the quality of your meal:

Please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your delivery or picking up your order.

To help us improve, we may ask for a photo of the dish.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the uneaten food to our location at 2850 N Clark St so our chef can inspect it.
4. Cancellations

Before Cooking: You may cancel for a full refund if our kitchen has not yet started preparing your meal.

After Cooking: Once the food is on the stove, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations.
