  • We accept cash, card, and other payment methods available at checkout.

  • Full payment must be completed at the time of pickup or delivery.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volume.

  • Customers must provide a correct delivery address and phone number.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or unavailability of the customer, we are not responsible.

5. Same-Day Return & Complaints

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • If you receive the wrong item or damaged food, you must contact us on the same day of delivery.

  • Returns or complaints will only be considered on the same day with proof of purchase.

  • Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted after the same day of delivery.

  • No refunds for change of mind.

6. Food & Allergies

Our food may contain allergens such as dairy, nuts, eggs, gluten, or spices. Customers are responsible for informing us about any allergies before placing an order.

7. Limitation of Liability

Once the order is delivered or picked up in good condition, Aash Dine In is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or consumption afterward.
